Kauri Timber Building

A cutting-edge facade solution, sympathetic and in-theme with heritage fabric

The iconic Kauri Timber Building situated across from Auckland’s vibrant Viaduct Harbour is the city's latest historic commercial development.

The building has been lovingly restored to retain the charm and character of it's original heritage, whilst meeting 100% of the current earthquake code. The original building is complimented by the development of an adjacent dynamic new structure which will rise up above Fanshawe Street and demand attention.

The Kauri Timber Building is one of only three heritage buildings remaining on the Freeman’s Bay shoreline and it has a unique and impressive history.
